i have a quick question for you guys.when we answer drug questions we have a trade name of the drug in () and it helps to recognize the drug.i heard from someone that now you don't get the trade name of the drugs when you answer medication questions in real nclex rn exam..is it true?any comments ?
I took the nclex-pn on Wednesday the 30th and I had generic (trade) .. I doubt they would ever take that away from future nclex takers.. It would be too confusing..
Some drugs will have both names and some don't. When I took mine this past May, I had some with both the generic and trade names and some just the generic. Try to learn them with their surfaces, eg lol, pril, zole, mycin, etc.
