Nursing Students NCLEX

hey everyone

I was hoping that someone who has experience in this would be able to help quell my fears.

Today is October 24.

I need to take the NCLEX before January 25 (when I start my new grad job) and I wont be able to do livescan until Wed October 28. Ill send out my app that day.

The website says 4-6 weeks to get everything processed. Is that usually the case? Do NCLEX testing dates fill up fast? how fast usually? I hate having to wait on institutions for something that my job relies heavily on. What do you think?

i think it varies from state to state. I did mine October and got my ATT around March. Regarding the schedules it fills up pretty fast, so if you receive your ATT you can check the Pearson site and look for schedule especially if you have a target date. Depends on your place, especially in the downtown area where there are a lot of test takers than in the suburbs.
