Do people ask what SATA are because they never had any in school,or is it the name?

I've read a lot of posts where people ask what SATA are. I was wondering if it's because they never have/had them on their nursing school exams? Or is it because they know them as "multiple multiples" , "mark all that apply"...or any other name they might have? Just curious. I know some schools still give paper/pencil tests. And I think I heard of a few that don't ever give any alternate format questions...I mean some schools don't even offer a Pharm class. So I was just curious if it was because some schools have a different cirriculum.

I know when I first saw "SATA" I was clueless as to what you guys on here were talking about...we do have them but nobody at my school has ever abbreviated them "SATA"

We had SATAs on every test. However, we never referred to them as SATA. I didn't know what SATA was at first either, but eventually figured it out by reading through the posts.

It's the name that confused me, we called them multiple multiples.

Gotcha, yeah at my school each teacher will call it something different. Well that answers that..so far. I'm still waiting for someone to say they never had them.
