Hi, Has anyone taking the VATI felt like they were ready to take the nclex and took it before getting the green light. Thank you

I took the Comprehensive Predictor and that put my mind at ease because you have to take all 180 questions in one sitting. I would recommend you definitely take the Predictor. If you have any weak areas, they make you do remediation and then give you the green light. To answer your question, I felt prepared before the predictor, but psychologically ready after the 180 questions. The green light is just an extension of the final score. Good luck!

Ok. and yes you did answer my question and you right It would be wise to take the predictor. Thank You

YES! I did. When I took the ATI predictor at school, I had a 93% chance pass rate and when I took another ATI predictor 2 months later I had a 91% chance pass rate. I never retook the predictor to get the needed 92% chance pass rate. I scheduled my exam and passed it 3 weeks later, with just 85 questions. So, to answer your question, no I never got the green light from V-ATI. I just took it anyways because I felt prepared. Good luck to you!

Ok. I passed two predictors In school as we'll with scores of 90% and 93% I really do feel prepared to take the nclex and that's the best time to test. So I'm going to go next week. Thank you

I just received my green light, but yeah I felt like was ready before then

I never got the green light on the ati predictor, I did do Kaplan after graduation and did pretty well on that. I passed first time. My school has stopped using ati now, they discovered it is not a great prep course.

That's encouraging to here cause I am tired of ATI. Its seems like its contradictory to what I learn in school. Do you know anything about the Saunders NCLEX PN Examination book. It seems like that would be good since its by NCLEX.

I had the Saunders RN book and it was great for content review, but it's not by NCLEX, its a good review source for NCLEX.

Ok. Great. My school gave us the Saunders NCLEX book. I have been using that and the ATI books with the virtual ATI online. I was going to try other resources but I don't want to get confuse by using to Many resources. I already notice some inconsistencies with the information I'm using right now. Thank You
