answered all 265 questions on nclex and failed, i am heart broken

I tested 5 times and just passed last weekend. I know how you feel but you have a good amount of time to study...make sure to take one week off to gather yourself. Try a different study method this time around.

I failed my first time and had all 265 questions as well. I cried my eyes out! But you just have to pick yourself up and believe in yourself. I had 75 questions the second time and passed!

I am in the same position. I took my test two weeks ago and received all 265 questions, I got home from my test did the pearson trick and to my surprise I got to all the way to the cc page, I was heartbroken, angry, and disappointed with myself most of all. I took about a week to compose myself and receive my transcript from the OBN. After I got my transcript I realized that I too just barely failed which made things even worse. However I have now began a study group that meets once a week to study and I am studying daily on my own. I plan to retest as soon as my 45 day waiting period is over which is early December and I will pass this time around. I'm just using this time to better prepare myself and focus on correcting my previous mistakes.

I lost nclex twice. Now again i am preparing for the exam. I am referring different books and studying at least 6-8 hrs. Please dont give up hope. You can do it and we can do it. Good luck for us.

Cheer up you actually did great on NCLEX. I too failed my NCLEX with 265 questions. Please note that only candidates who were very close to passing will receive all 265 questions. I feel that KAPLAN has throughly prepared me but I didn't complete the whole program before testing. I went back to Kaplan because I do plan to use them as a resource for my next attempt. One of the Kaplan representatives said that if you score near passing then you have a good content base in that category but need to learn how to apply the information. So basically we knew enough content we just need to know how to apply it since the NCLEX is an integrated test. Doing more questions should help with that.
