   I know! The resident who gave me my tour said that they usually take less residents for the Feb cohort because its a smaller pool of graduates and they'll take more for the May graduates

   Thats awesome congrats!! I've heard its intimidating just because its a panel interview and they supposedly ask really challenging questions

    I have heard that it is a panel interview and the number of people in the room varies (my friend had 5 people asking questions in hers). Apparently there is also a case study portion of the interview.

    I've heard that they do 75 interviews and take anywhere from 15-25 residents! Have y'all heard anything about the interview process? some people have said that it's really intimidating!

    Hey y'all I'm getting ready to apply for the Cook Children's GN residency for the February 2015 cohort and I was hoping to get some advice or really just people to talk to about the process :) I'm almost done with my essay but I'm still "perfecting"...
