   Sorry for the late reply and thank you!! So, I used Saunders only for topics I didnt understand. Read the first few chapters (issues in nursing)! I got a lot of leadership type questions and negligence etc. To study, I did kaplan questions everyday ...

   I want to thank all my fellow nurses for all your help and encouragement. I"m on this site daily and this site has definitely been a blessing to me in more ways than one. After taking the NCLEX five times, I finally passed!!!!!!!!!!!!! And PVT worked...
