About Leshachap79

I have been a purchasing agent for the same company for the last 8 years. I recently made the decision to go back to school after 17 years and I've now decided to go into nursing. I've always wanted to move this way, but I was always terrified. I have 3 kids and 3 step-kids and an incredibly supportive family. I am scared to death, but ready for the challenge!!

    Don't worry too much! If you did well enough in the other areas, that will make up for the math, if you really did as badly as you think. You might be surprised :-)

    I used the ATI study guide, the McGraw-Hill practice tests as well as any online practice stuff I could find. The online tests do help as they prepare you for what the actual test is like. Don't stress out too much - that won't . Good luck!!

    Actually the practice tests in the ATI book are very similar to the real thing. The chemistry was definitely the toughest. Also make sure you know the systems of the body and what they do. Just study, study, study! You'll retain more than you realize...
