   i'd take it and keep the prn. Once you have so experience under your belt you can go somewhere else and demand more pay.

   Thanks, that's exactly what I was thinking! Even though becoming a CNA will be a pay cut it will still provide me with experience that will be priceless when it comes to clinicals and dealing with patients. Good luck on you classes!
