   Thanks bostonnurse98. That is helpful. I am starting a 3 month assignment in a comunity hospital but not sure if that is for me yet. I have only worked in a Level 1 hospital.

   lapappey :) Thanks for the info., it was really helpful. What are you thoughts on Newton-Wellesly Hospital, sister hospital of Brigham and Women's. I read on the MNA that are having nursing issues( pay, benefits ...) I will be doing agency there...
