According to nurses out there, which kind of floor should a new grad nurse start with if one had a choice? cardiology, CCU , Rehab , palliative , Long term cares, ETC Where would a LPN learn gradually? Please share experiences .

Why not try the LTC? Ontario long term cares have RNs as the nurse manager . Ull have more of a leadership role . An with few years of experience as a RN you an be an associate director of care or even Director of care ! More management work . Still ...

It's kind of stressful when you spend so much money for the school and you yet don't get a job I wish there will be some light for new grad nurses soon in Canada . # desperate and a broke nurse .
