Thanks for the suggestion I have checked out their program and it is an option for me but it is like a last resort option because in order to get into the program you have to attend their school for one year and then wait for another year to enter the program so before you can start nursing program you have to go there for 2years and I'm really trying to avoid something like that, I want a program where I wont have to wait that long. But I am definitely keeping it as an option but kinda as a last resort.

Thanks!!! I really appreciate your help. I am thinking about moving now... It wasn't that I didnt want to move it was just that I never thought about it and I thought that I would get into a school nearby but I am definitely considering going out of state. I just need a few suggestions about colleges in other states cause I hadn't really considered it before. Thanks for the advice about the Colleges in Dallas I will definitely look into it!

hello everyone!!! I am new to the forum... well posting anyways... I have a dilemma. I have been going to community college for 4years and I'm about to get my AA degree. I have been taking my pre reqs for nursing and have been trying to enter a program for the past 2 years . However, it has become hell for me... Im in california and here, there arent any programs really that are easy to get in...well at least in my area SF! so im not sure what to do.. I don't want to wait forever I already feel like I have wasted 4 years of my life because I chose to go to Community college instead of UCB and now I am not getting anywhere with nursing. Oh and I just found out that the college that I have been trying to get in for the past year (samuel merritt college) will only accept transfer students in the spring of '06 and that is it from there on they will only accept freshmen. At first I did not want to go to a college far from home but now I am considering even going out of state and out of the country if available. Im just not sure. I just need your advice about schools that don't have waiting lists and that aren't that hard to get into. Thanks!!!

Hello Im new in the message board. Well new in the sense that I have never posted a message though I have been reading yours for a while. I just read the information about the school in St. Kitts and I honestly got very excited. I have been wanting to go there for a while and knowing that there is a nursing school there sounds great though I'm not sure I am willing to pay that much for an associates dregree. I have been trying like most of you to get into a nursing program but I haven't had any luck yet. oh I'm from California by the way... I am like you desperate and not sure if Im still willing to wait though i do know that i want to become a nurse. Anyways do you have any more information about the school in St. Kitts....
