    Eat more gelatin, its made from protiens or keratin that your nails need. I don't know if this is true or not, but I think jello is made from horse hooves or similar. Thats what I heard or read a long time ago, lol, might be a wives tale.

    Thanks for the reply. I have spent a lot of time looking for a site using many search engines with no luck. Mostly find ads for bookstores or college course listings. I will try to find something here on the archives.
