Hi everyone: question. When admitting a patient into the PACU, besides documenting LOC, vitals etc, do you document on PERRLA or just document PERRLA on neuro cases?

they (the state) has done this many times. They are not going to allow the hospital to close. There is no hospital beside BKLYN and Methodist nearby- def not enuff space to serve the population.
