(Former) Architecture & Design Sales
Although it was something I had long been considering at the suggestion of my wife, what ultimately gave me the inspiration to pursue a career in nursing was the birth of my son. Being no stranger to the hospital having a wife with a chronic illness, I did not panic when my son was born premature. Two months of daily visits to the hospital (NICU) where I watched his development and interacted with several nurses had a profound impact on my decision to commit to nursing.
