   Yea even the agencies want you to have experience because they mostly send you to hospitals. And I do 100 miles out because I live in such a big city 100 miles is nothing here. I'm not willing to relocate to another state..

   Yea I have applied at every LTC center we have out here. They want at least 6 months experience but I still applied and with hospitals laying off cna's those ppl go back to LTC.. It just sucks
