   Yes. My clinic participates in CPC plus and we have lot documentation to do which we cannot finish as we see pts. Our EHR is not that great either. It has lots of clicks which takes a lot of time.

   Yes you do need ACNP certification. FNPs are outpatient trained so if you want to work inpatient hospitalist then you will need ACNP. THANKS
