   its pretty cool...you learn a case but then it's easy and you just go through your routine. Scheduling is flexible and management is very nice...Good luck. Where are you being hired?

   I think what they meant was that in Home Care sometimes the family or the patient doesn't want a male nurse. I was told this before orientation, but they found a case that ok'd me being a male....i don't know.

   You should send them a letter stating that you have to decline the position for whatever reason you choose to tell them. I actually just did the same thing. They'll understand.

   One major plus...the entire staff that I met was very nice and warm..this included my supervisor, DON, HR department, and I think a couple fellow nurses.
