   Thanks! It is so sad because I already completed all the prereq's for nursing school! Oh well, guess I really blew it!

   Yep, Nevada calls it a CNA license. So, on any app's I will have to say "Yes" for disciplinary action. Just wondering if this will prevent me from ever getting a job once I become an LVN or RN?
