   I think i would find out what med/surg book youd be using during the semester and order that to look at, that way you will have your book for classes, and can get a start early. The text books, i think, give a really good start for beginers!

   I actually used risk for infection, and impaired skin integrity, and risk for impaired tissue perfusion for this patient already. My instructor is having us come up with 4 ndx, which is why im having so much trouble with finding another realistic one...
