    Droperidol is an amazing and underutilized drug. Best combo I have seen used is Droperidol 2.5mg, Benadryl 50mg and a benzodiazepine of choice. Also, if I remember correctly, the very few (6-9) people who did have the EKG changes/black box warnings ...
