I am a Registered Nurse with a strong customer service background. I have three children, ages 23, 18, and 12, and share custody with their father to whom I was married for 20 years. I am the first in my family to attempt and achieve a college degree. I graduated with honors from a local community college in 2010, with a cumulative GPA of 3.8. I am currently enrolled in a BSN program and plan to complete this program by March 2014. I am very family oriented and spend a great deal of time with my parents and grandfather helping out with household chores, mowing lawns, attending to health needs and assisting with activities of daily living. In my spare time, of which I do not have much, I enjoy singing with my band. It is a very healthy outlet for the stress of daily life and I enjoy it very much.
