   Thank-you sometimes I am trying too hard to come up with the nursing diagnosis. So basically this will be similiar to a knowledge deficent, and have to enforce and teach in my interventions.

   I am doing a care plan on an asthma patient that is 8 years old. One of my nursing diagnoses needs to be a altered or (potential for) growth and development. I am not sure how to relate this to my patient?? Can anyone help me??
