The only thing that concerns me is that we're all expected to have laptops (which I do), and I'm sure we're supposed to have the textbooks downloaded via pageburst for our lectures.

Does it get better? I've tried the lightweight, the classic SE II and the cardiac. ALL of them feel uncomfortable in my ears and feels like it's going to punch right through my ear drums. Anyone else have this problem?

I took both patho and pharmacology at SBCC. Taking them together should be fine, I don't recall being overwhelmed with work from either. Just FYI, the pharmacology class does not include any dosage calculations work.
