1. IELTS in lieu of TOEFL as Washington State NCLEX requirements

   http://www.doh.wa.gov/ . I called them the other day, overseas trained Nurses has to pass TOEFL (IELTS not accepted) regardless of immigration status or even if our instructional materials are in English. Nurses from the UK do not need to take TOEFL....
