I actually find that sad that you said that. I am currently working on my DNP and that was AFTER deciding against CRNA school (which I was accepted in)... but I wanted to be a nurse not a Dr. There is a HUGE difference... if you are not a nurse yet.....

WOW the level of or lack of info here in regards to this specialty is phenomenal.... there is plenty of info out there....that is not hearsay... FIRST you need to decide if yu want to be a NURSE or a DR...that is the starting point!
CMC or CSC would not hurt... you cuold always take some masters level classes "to show you can cut that level work" but on the whole you sound pretty good to go...
Does anyone ever feel that they are not going to be smart enough to make it. I am not saying we are dummies...but just feel burned out where we are and look and listen to others that are pre crna and think..man I am just not smart enough... sometimes...
I will assume you are talking about the USAGNAP... now held at Fort Sam Houston that starts in June... Here is what I know as I have looked into it VERY recently... You have to concurrently (as a civilian) qualify for 2 things the school and the Army...
If yuo are young and have the energy... and get in the flow of the ICU it is doable.... I would suggest rounding yourself a little...4 12's a week is probably sufficent... congrats on all the sciences..that will go over good... study for the GRE rock...
