   I don't understand this. How could she sue if she suffered no harm? They didn't fire her, they didn't transfer her. I think getting to keep your job after falling asleep is a pretty good outcome. You can't have a tort until you suffer harm.

   A doctorate in nursing can be completed online. A doctor of medicine can't. Those two Dr. titles don't even compare. And because you are bright and reasonable and not the patient, I think you are overestimating what patients hear.
