   IS IT TRUE HOSPITALS IN NEW ZEALAND WILL NO LONGER ACCEPT SECOND COURSERS. I DON'T THINK THAT'S FAIR.I WORK WITH NURSES WHO ARE 2ND COURSERS AND THEY'RE NOT AT ALL INCOMPETENT.
