How do prospective employers look at someone who is an ANA member? Do they like or dislike unionized nurses? are they more or less likely to hire a nurse for being an ANA member?

I'm interested in working oncology. I'd like some info about the times oncology nurses work. My guess is that most patient will choose to receive their therapy during the day. When do most oncology nurses do their shifts, day or night? Thanks
I need some information on open reduction internal fixation. Is the hardware (plates & screws, etc) always removed, or can they leave them in indefinitely? Thanks!

You are not working where you want to work. Keep trying to find the job in the area you want. You're already an RN, you're almost there. In the mean time do your best at LTC, for the folks in your hands, not for supervisors.
