   I'm talking from a personal point of view. I had to go through CGFNS and that was stated in the documents about nurse's who didn't study in USA. Yes u r right about california. I all so heard that soon all states will ask for NCLEX.

   Why don't you try your application to the cgfns first then they'll tell you what u have to do. Now everyone who want to take the nclex have to pass through the CGFNS before any board accept your application. Only for international nurses. For Canada ...
