1. Best state for new grads to work in

   I graduate in May and I am wondering if there are some states that are better to work in than other ones. If there are better sign on bonuses or just better overall better working environments.

2. travel nursing

   I am a new grad without a whole lot of experience outside nursing school so I am wondering if anyone would recommend travel nursing or if it would be better to get some experience before I think about travel nursing.
