   BSN....without a doubt. Don't waste your time with a diploma. Diplomas are not looked upon highly.

   RN=RN BSN=BSN and RN/BSN=additional two years of college, more advanced nursing courses, opportunities for managerial and administrative positions, the option to obtain your masters/PhD, and overall more money and respect!!

    i feel the same way.....i just finished my KAPLAN review tonight....I am not sure how much it helped????? I am thinking I will review content for the next week or so and take it next Friday. I feel pretty confident. I wonder how much harder Kaplan...
