how reliable is this source? i got a call to interview for ER but i HIGHLY doubt they only called four. with hundreds applying, there should be at least 10/15 people interviewing no? but 2:4, that's a 50% chance....way too high. lol.

yep. i guess it's just frustrating having to start over again. i dont know about you, but it's a pain asking for letters of rec. there's something out there for us i'm sure.

Wow! congratulations to all who got job offers! you will love it here in L.A., it's awesome. i wonder if anyone else who interviewed for other ICU's got offers, since it's more than two weeks, I guess I'm out. better luck next year i guess.

so for the 20 min interview alone, there were only 8 of you? wow! when i looked at the ICU list for my unit, there was at least 15/20. you have great chances!

so does anyone have any idea where we can find how many new grads they are taking? i cant believe 1700 people applied, that means that they must have a lot of people to interview.
