how reliable is this source? i got a call to interview for ER but i HIGHLY doubt they only called four. with hundreds applying, there should be at least 10/15 people interviewing no? but 2:4, that's a 50% chance....way too high. lol.

yep. i guess it's just frustrating having to start over again. i dont know about you, but it's a pain asking for letters of rec. there's something out there for us i'm sure.

do you think usc will be more selective? i have never heard of the program til you mentioned it.

Wow! congratulations to all who got job offers! you will love it here in L.A., it's awesome. i wonder if anyone else who interviewed for other ICU's got offers, since it's more than two weeks, I guess I'm out. better luck next year i guess.

ICU is my area of least expertise, but something i'm really interested in. I was assuming that it was the only phone call I was going to get, so I just took it. HR said it wouldn't be fair to all applicants if we all get 2/3 interviews. Thanks! goo...
