   from your post I read you seem to think it was all about jealousy there are dfficult nurses out there an I have found that out the hard way. I do have another job to fall back on but i wanted the ICU experiance

   I have faith and to tell the truth I learned a ton but I think first year taking care of five criticaly ill patients is setting yourself up for an unsafe situation.
