   It doesn't matter. both exams are accepted in all states. I'm taking AANP, because my professor preferred them. Some people say AANP is easier, others say ANCC is easier. But it doesn't matter which one you take.

   IV Dilantin has a very short half life. It should be given over 30min using filtered tubing. Also it should be given via central access because it is a vesicant. i hope this helps,
