Yes you get extra pay depending on whether you work evening or nights. You also get a little extra if you work on weekends if your hospital is with the union usually.

I think it's about average pay for Los Angeles. $31 not including differentials. Also, I am a new grad with a little experience. I know units are hiring new grads.
