Worked nights for several years. There was a study in the 90's about giving night shift workers a power nap (20-30 mins) in addition to their break time. The results included a decrease in med errors. This would be a great EBP project!

I spent a year in J. Sarg's program in the early 90's as well. I had problems with my advisor keeping appointments. I finished my RN at John Tyler. I agree with Nekhismom, make sure Bon Secours will transfer into your BSN program.
