   i took my NCLEX RN on thursday, I close at 75 in 45 minutes, with my last question being, a patient just had his thoracentesis, what would the nurse do first....the only choice that I saw worth guessing was...to put the patient on his unaffected side...

   i ended with a lab question and i got it rite cuz it was the only one that was out of sync with all the other answer choices...the last few questions i had were extremely easy, they werent priorities at all.....sigh...im so spooked rite now...lolz
