   CSU Stanislaus has an 18 month ASBSN for around 35k. It is taught in Stockton, CA. I chose Sac State -- it's only a few months longer, less than half the price, and the NCLEX pass rates are higher.

   I can't remember where I read it, but I'm 99% sure that in the case of a tie in points, applicants are ranked first by GPA, then TEAS scores.

    Thank you! This is super helpful. I'm planning to apply for spring 2017. I'm currently at 79 points. I'm taking a summer school course and volunteering to try to increase my points, but the huge increase in the cutoff had made me very uneasy!
