    As far as I know, an LPN cannot flush or administer meds through a PICC line in the state of New York. espikey :)

    Well, from what I know NYP rarely hires LPN's. As far as what other facilities pay, I was quoted by an 1199 rep anywhere from 18-25 dollars per hour that are unionized. espikey
