Wow 7 twelves seems like alot. Don't you feel burned out? I guess the bright side would be that you get to know the patients instead of just having them for a few days.
What do you think about nurses working 12 hour shifts with the high level of acuity that we experience on the medical floors. Do you think that it causes burn out of the nurses.

My school also has 3 attempts. The only thing I dont like is that you don't know what you missed only the area you need to work on. For instance for growth and development you need to work on birth through adolescents. thats alot to cover
Do you think that ERI's should be pass or fail. It seems extreme to me to base your college career off of one exam. Has anyone else had this with there school?

Unfortunately they haven't - and if you don't make national average your out - nice for a public college that I'm paying for huh? No it doesn't tell you what you missed just that you need to work on for example conception through adolscence - hellll...

We are very limited on the ones they allow us to do. And there are no rationales. How do I see the rationales? It would be great practice to have the rationales available, but of course from our school that would be asking too much.
