   I am in the same situation but for CES service..its been 2 months since my school and the liscensing authority sent in my documents and still it says "waiting for req item" i called and they said that it should be there by now which i dont understand...

   Update: I am on the final step .. I got another letter stating some missing things I have to turn in and I did..I finally got my original liscense..I'm praying that I get a good response that I don't have to make up classes or be denyed based on conc...
