Hi there!

I am a foreign nurse aspiring to go to America. Can anyone tell me of any information about Cambridge Healthcare? It's base is in MD. I would like to know if it's a good agency. I believe they're somewhere in Baltimore.

Thanks a lot.

Hi Guys!

I'm new to this forum..

I'm also an applicant of Canbridge.. We were interviewd last April for Sinai Hospital but 3 weeks ago Teresa called me to update me with my status and she told me that USCIS sent an RFE. I would like to know if someone here have the same case as mine. I've been an ICU Nurse in Cebu for 3yrs and I don't know why USCIS was sking for this.. I'm still patiently and anxiously waiting for the result of my petition.. Please enlighten me guys what to expect about this.. Will I get an approval or my petition will be denied.. How long is the processing after documents are sent for an RFE.

Hope u guys can keep in touch :0

ei guys... I ask teresa about my application. the first step that they will be doing is to endorse my license to Connecticut (where I'll be working) 'coz I'm a license nurse in saipan and they need to endorse my license to CT before they can actually file my petition to USCIS. How long does it take for the endorsement to finish?

Do you guys have the same processing before they actually filed your petiton to USCIS?

Thanks guys. please keep all of us updated (to all cambridge recruit)

hi, with regards to my consular interview, i was just ask about my family, if and when they will join me... they don't even ask for more documents. i just presented my original approval form, copy of the petition, passport (new) and my visa screen, then i received my visa the following day.. or, maybe it depends upon the consulates, some of my friends here (NZ) had the same experiences with visa application.

for those with rfe's, it also depends on the USCIS, i think, the attorney will be the one to provide the additional evidences that they need, as long as you already provide the necessary documents for filing.. you may read additional information from USCIS website..

endorsements of license varries with each boards, you just check it with the BON of the state for your intended employment.

i hope some of these "little" info helps.. good luck and May God Bless us always!

ei thanks... I hope cambridge will start my endorsement process for me to catch up the H1b.

Bro will make a way!

USCIS is issuing RFE ( Request for Evidence) to H-1b Visa petitions submitted by consulting companies and those who don’t have jobs.

They need to submit evidence that clearly substantiates that the petitioner or petitioner’s client’s are legitimate business entities and employers. Evidence should include copies of the client’s most recent signed Federal Tax Return and quarterly wage reports for the last quarter.

If the clients are publicly traded companies, provide a copy of their most recent annual report and a letter from the president of the company explaining what business they have with the petitioner.

If the client is a government agency, provide the contract number and the name of the company that has the primary contract.

Hi salve!

Thank you for all the information. It really helped me. My h1b petition has been approved and I will have my embassy interview next week. Are they going to ask any nursing-related questions?

you do have an immigrant visa petition with another agency, right? Did the embassy ask you about that?

What did you tell them about your family?(about them joining you in the US)

What did CHC tell you about your departure? When are you leaving? Will they provide free housing? Is your family joining you?

Thanks once again and God bless.

First of all, CONGRATULATIONS!!:yeah: with regards to my interview, I was just ask about my family, if and when they will join me.. i just told them that they will follow on Dec. They don't ask anything about nursing, when they saw my approval letter, that's it, they just told me they will send my passport after 2-3 days.. I haven't ask CHC about my departure yet.. I just finished with the medical exams and still need to get all the vaccinations needed.. i will just inform them when everything is ready and will probably ask about everything needed when we got there.. how about you? are you coming from the Phils? it's really nice to know that approvals are on the way for all of us.. please let me know about your departure too.. hope to see you in Maryland!

Good Luck and God Bless!
