I go to school full time from 8:30-5:30 pm and most of the time we sit down for term one. During breaks we take walks around the building and do ROM excercises. Whenever I come home I feel the urge to just start running/jogging. I think I'm going to do that before school, it should wake me up since I'm so exhausted after work and my alarm doesn't work. Do any of you have fitness regimens to get you started before, after, or during work/school?

I was running 5 miles per day prior to starting LPN school. However, the level of health and fitness went terribly downhill once I started attending school. I was sedentary, dealt with a long commute, ate fast food meals on the run, engaged in stress eating, and gained a whopping 40 pounds in 1 year.

Don't feel bad, since the start of nursing school I've gained 35lbs started smoking, and recently dx with HTN. If nursing school won't kill you though I guess nothing will lol
