...May I ask....How much?

Part ( a BIG part..) of the cost of my year long PN program will be via student loans. Our program is all inclusive ( meaning,.. covers books, uniforms, supplies and so on..) I think the only things we will have to pay out of pocket is for things like travel/gas to and from school, plus lunch etc...

The school I will attending is $$$....I'm kinda worried about having to owe so much in the end.....I'm still tossing a couple of other options ( $$ wise) around in my head,..none the less tho,....I'm going to do it no matter what!!

Anyway, if you don't mind sharing....How much if anything did you have to pay..or how much do you now owe?

Thanks!!!!!!!!

Anna

I am just getting my BSN, but was almost ready to grad. w/ a degree in education when I dropped out to have 15 children (okay--only four--but they are REALLY loud). When I went back --I changed majors and I went for my BSN. My husband financed his BS and his MS in engineering through loans while I stayed home and had his babies..lol. Its okay I figure. We both will have well paying jobs and were able to have the girls while first he..then I went to school. It will pay off in the end

Once I finish LVN next year, I'll have about $14,000 in student loan debt, but I went to school several years before this as well. By the time I finish my BSN, I imagine that number to be about $30,000. And I plan to go to advance practice. But I consider it worth it as well, my dream is for our daughter to go through college as worry free and debt free as possible. To me now, that would have been the ultimate.
