Right now I am looking for a job. I left my job at an ALF that was really actually an understaffed LTC. 1 LPN to 80 residents with no RN available after 3 pm. Anyways, I am going to do the bridge program in Sept. 07, should I tell anyone who offers me a job this or just wait.

You could say that it wasn't the right fit for you. I've used that reason, "it just wasn't the right place for me because I felt I could not provide adequate care under the existing care plan of that facility".

Don't you have to have a certain number of hours of experience as a working PN to do the bridge? Out here it's between 1000 and 1200 hours of full time employment with a letter from your employer to verify it.
