Base salary is $4126/month(gross not net) plus usually $1200+(gross not net) in overtime shifts + $80 to$90 in shift differential.

Our lpns earn 10.75 per hour.

Work in Houston, TX. at LTAC..............$23/hour. I've been a nurse for 10 years. My advice is to skip the LVN if you can and just get your RN from the start.
Are nurses in Kilgore, Tx paid the same as in Houston? My Boyfriend, his son, and myself are thinking of moving there

Only LPN opportunities in my area are MD office, nursing home, and home health. (Florida)
I've worked all three in order, 14.00... 21.25 (nights)...20.75

What state Karo? That pay is LOW for a claims reviewer!
11 years experience, 5 as an OR nurse, 6 years in my current job. Case management/audit/appeals for the state govt. 37.5 hours per week, 4 weeks paid vacation plus all the state holidays. Free health, dental, vision, life insurance. $29.00 hour.
