just passed NCLEX can anyone tell me how i go about switching my NY license to a FL license i currently live in florida but i took boards for NY

Congrats! What part of Fl do you live? I live in Brooklyn, NY and plan to settle in Fl in a few years, although everyone says the pay sucks.

I live in Panama City haven't really started looking but all my nurse friends have told me $16-$20 starting for example my friend a brand new lpn got a job at one of the nursing homes making $17 & my other friend also a brand new lpn got offered a job at the jail starting $19 so I think it all depends
