Don't make it about the money, yes that is nice, but there are other issues like what is the staffing like, will I have CNA's to assist, what are the hours, is there opportunities for advancement, extra training, ask questions related to the job. How many docs will I work with.... GOOD LUCK

Post about a specific spot, akanini. The questions you would ask in LTC are different from for a cr's office than for a hospital....

depending on where u plan to work. i would want to know about the patient to nurse ratio, patient activities because i hate to see the patients just walking or rolling around with nothing to do, wheather the facility promote team work and do the staff comply.
